Youth Coaching

I work with young people from 11-19 who are struggling with self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, lack of focus or direction or generally not achieving what their parents or carers know they are capable of. My aim is to give the young person the confidence to realise their potential and I work with them to devise strategies to move forward in life with more self-confidence and purpose to achieve what they want.

Together we focus on their strengths and what they want to be, do of have more of. I help them understand the changes they need to make in order to make these things a reality, encourage them to create their own personal or work goals and explore the key steps and smaller actions to achieve them. We also look at what is holding them back and raise their awareness round their own negative beliefs and replace them with more empowering ones. 


I also help them see the world from a fresh perspective and cultivate a greater sense of motivation and self-responsibility, as well as provide a safe space to explore difficult emotions and develop positive strategies for coping with them.

My Youth (1:1) Coaching programme includes:


  • A free 30 minute exploration session with the young person to explore what’s possible through coaching and to see if I’m the right coach for them.

  • A series of 45 minute weekly sessions typically over a duration of 6 to 12 weeks.
